Find inner calm with daily Yoga in Bedouin style tent with views over the sea. Plunge into one of the world’s most beautiful marine environments. Take magical awe-inspiring desert trips. Shop, eat, drink and relax in the romantic and pretty Bedouin town of Dahab.
What you can expect from your yoga holiday...
Inspiring days and tranquil nights are flanked by deep, refreshing and integrating yoga sessions.
The day starts with morning yoga in the beautiful Bedouin tent.
After a long, leisurely and well-earned delicious brunch, laze by the pool, read on your balcony, have a relaxing massage, or wander along the coast into Dahab town.
Alternatively explore some of the unique delights of the Sinai. Yoga’s emphasis on body-mind integration and relaxation in the present moment, together with awareness of the breath, complements perfectly the meditative experiences to be found underwater with scuba diving.
With world-class dive sites, including the Blue Hole and The Canyon, right on our doorstep and 10% discount on all pre-booked dives with Dahab Paradise, it is a perfect opportunity to experience the delights of this incredible underwater wonderland. Apart from diving and snorkelling, it’s a great spot to sunbathe, wind surf, and explore.
There are a host of brilliant trips that we can take as a group or individually: camel or horse trekking into the desert to see ancient markings and amazing natural features, visit sand dunes and oases or visit Bedouin camps. There are also trips to places a little further afield such as Mount Sinai.
In the late afternoon we get together again for deep, blissful and integrating yoga asana, meditation and mantra, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated after your day.
Dine in the lovely restaurant in the grounds or from one of the many charming cafes and restaurants that sit on the beach along the coastal walk into the heart of Dahab.
In the evening watch the moon on the sea, stare at the stars by the fire, chat to friends old and new in the poolside restaurant, or head into the twinkling lights of Dahab for some local nightlife.
