This has been the most relaxing, energising and restorative week...EVER!

I am returning home with not only many new friends but an amazing sense of openess and lightness in my heart.

This feeling of happiness can be attributed to Yoga Explorers' ability to: create a magical atmosphere, inspiring yoga practise, a sense of openess and friendship from the very first moment...to mention a few.

On my journey to what I can only refer to as SamHardy! (Samadhi) I have met a group of beautiful people from all walks of life and many corners of the world.

The yoga practise was amazing. Every time we walked up to the platform I felt a sense of uplift and energy. Jim is a wondeful teacher who shows patience, strength, kindness and passion in his teaching. Together Jo and Jim have a gift for creating a magical space which fortunately for us they are happy to share.

I would recommend this (or any of their retreats) to anyone with an interest in opening their mind and body to a new experience. You could not be in safer hands.
