Classes take place twice a day, mornings and late afternoons, either on the open-air rooftop shala with panoramic views across the mountains or inside a beautiful spacious studio.
Mornings will start with purifying pranayama techniques to balance and ground energy as we move into a dynamic Hatha flow, followed by a calming meditation practice.
You will wind down in the evening with a combination of yin yoga and myofascial release to allow any tight spots in the body to release, leaving you to float off into your evening.
The sunset sessions are designed to completely refresh and revitalize, using restful practices in order to achieve the healing mode which is at the heart of yoga; by resting in stillness we gain vital energy!
There is plenty of time between classes to enjoy the resort and/or to explore the delights of Marrakech but we will also take a day off mid-week, on Wednesday 19th, to give you the opportunity to explore further afield or make maximum use of the spa and swimming pools!

15th June:
Arrival day. We leave the day free for you to arrive at your leisure. The first group meal will be dinner at 7:30pm on the 15th. This will be the first time we will meet as a group, although you may meet fellow yogis by the pool beforehand. You can check into your room from 2pm, though if you arrive earlier we will do our best to accommodate you, and you are welcome to enjoy all the facilities whenever you arrive.
Over dinner, your teacher will introduce themselves and chat to you about the week ahead. This is also an opportunity to discuss any injuries or personal issues with them, (there is a chance to let us know any concerns or injuries in advance on the booking form we will send you).
Typical day:
7:30 - 8am: Help yourself tea and coffee
8am - 10am: Yoga
10am: Breakfast
1:30pm: Lunch
5pm - 6:30: Yoga
7:30pm: Dinner
22nd June:
Departure day. Check-out from your room is by midday but we will do our best to accommodate a later check-out where possible. Lunch is served as usual at 1:30pm for those who are leaving later, and you are welcome to continue using the facilities until whatever time you leave.
