Rebecca’s classes are joyful, playful and dynamic. Be prepared to sweat and smile.
With a background in dance and movement Rebecca came to yoga to find some strength and flexibility and immediately became hooked. She found herself becoming stronger physically and mentally and truly enjoyed who she was on the mat.
“I came to yoga during a pretty tough time in my life and it helped me in so many ways. I enjoy the physical practice and the challenges it brings, but the emotional and spiritual side of yoga is truly where the magic is. With yoga in my life I'm a much calmer, happier and more grounded person.”
For Rebecca, Svadhyaya (self-study) and self-awareness are key. She is a firm believer that yoga has n extraordinary way of making you happier and she wishes to spread that joy through her classes.
Just one class with Rebecca and you help but agree. Her joy and life-energy are infectious.
Rebecca has accredited teacher qualifications in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mandala Vinyasa and Rocket yoga.
