Sarah’s motto “Stillness in Motion” perfectly encapsulates her teaching.
Sarah’s approach of intelligent anatomical-based sequencing encourages all levels of practitioners to turn the auto pilot off and tap into the here and now. At the heart of her teaching is self-exploration, humour and compassion.
Sarah began her career after studying at Sussex University teaching music and training teachers in the education sector. Her passion for teaching yoga began when she studied with OM Yoga in New York. She has since worked and trained with many established and influential teachers. Sarah is one of Jason Crandell’s senior students and she assists him on his advanced trainings and teacher renewal programmes. Sarah offers dynamic movement-based practices but also a safe space to explore stillness through restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
“My classes, workshops and retreats are for those of you who want to dive out of the daily grind and start to explore, uncover and connect. Finding humility, come feel the resonance of this practice in your body, your breath and your mind.”
“Try as I might, words can not adequately describe Sarah’s teachings and essence but I’ll give it a go : Sarah is strong; expert; gentle; knowing; challenging; decent; intelligent; extraordinary; funny; human. Come find out for yourself folks”
